Vertical shaft double sided face grinding machine
This M8102 model machine tool is a vertical shaft double sided face grinder. The two grinding wheel heads are arranged vertically but not aligned on the same centerline. During grinding, the overlapping area of the two grinding wheels is used for material removal, which requires a relatively small grinding allowance while achieving high machining accuracy.
The machine is suitable for grinding two parallel end faces of precision piston rings, valve plates, and other thin annular workpieces. After replacing the feeding mechanism, it can also be used for grinding parallel end faces of irregularly shaped workpieces.
The machine is equipped with both continuous and manual feeding mechanisms, as well as multi-pipe cooling, mist extraction, and automatic discharging devices. These features help improve processing continuity and operational convenience.
In addition, the dressing mechanism supports automatic wheel dressing, allowing the grinding wheel to be dressed during machining without readjustment, thereby reducing auxiliary time to some extent.
