The machine offers both manual and automatic modes. Due to adequate safety protection, one person can operate the machine in automatic mode. The discharge conveyor belt includes a counting function for production statistics and machine calculations.

In terms of accuracy and stability, the machine design takes into account the effect of grinding heat on deformation, helping the machine maintain stable accuracy during long periods of continuous operation. The hydraulic system helps eliminate ball screw clearance, which can extend screw life and keep the equipment in good working condition. The double grinding heads are continuously maintained by hydraulic preload, contributing to stable precision; in special situations such as wheel breakage, the machine can perform a safety retraction to protect itself. The grinding head uses V-shaped steel inlaid needle roller bearing rails and moves as a whole rather than using spindle extension, which helps improve rigidity. The spindle is responsible only for rotation, has no spline, and does not perform telescopic movement, helping to extend service life and maintain good rigidity. The system includes historical data recording and query functions, allowing users to check the processing quantity per shift, cumulative processing quantity, and cumulative machine operating records.
