The SXM80D high-precision double disc grinding machine integrates the advantages of horizontal spindle double disc grinding machines from both domestic and international sources, and is manufactured based on the practical conditions of through-type double disc grinding machines. Key components are sourced from domestic first-line brands. The machine is capable of powerful grinding and is suitable for processing multiple product specifications on a single machine. It is mainly used for grinding a wide range of parts of various shapes and materials, including bearings, bicycle disc brakes, valve seats, robot gears, gear rings, valve plates, blades, notebook aluminum plates, piston rings, gaskets, washers, compressor valve plates, air compressor valve plates, and special-shaped parts. Notable characteristics include good rigidity, stable performance, reliable accuracy, comprehensive functionality, relatively low failure rate, and ease of maintenance.

 

In terms of structural design, the grinding head moves as a whole rather than using spindle extension, which helps improve overall rigidity. The guide rails are V-shaped steel inlaid needle roller rails, and the feed mechanism uses a high-precision ball screw, contributing to good stability. The machine bed design takes into account the effect of grinding heat on deformation, helping to maintain stable accuracy during long periods of continuous operation. The structure addresses areas prone to accumulation of grinding wheel dust and iron filings by incorporating automatic flushing, reducing slag and liquid buildup. The feeding and discharging guide mechanisms adopt a cylindrical design, providing good sealing, accurate guidance, and adequate protection for various parts.

The hydraulic system helps eliminate ball screw clearance, which can extend screw life and keep the machine in good working condition. To prevent metal-to-metal contact, the machine automatically stops and triggers an alarm when the grinding wheel reaches its wear limit. The grinding wheel cover can be raised and lowered automatically, allowing one person to change the wheel using a boom-a relatively safe and quick process. The double grinding heads are continuously maintained by hydraulic preload, contributing to stable precision; in special situations such as wheel breakage, the machine can perform a safety retraction to protect itself. Additionally, the machine is equipped with interlock safety features between the grinding wheel cover lift and wheel rotation, as well as between dressing and grinding, enhancing the degree of automation and operational safety. The dresser is an independent integral structure with good rigidity and relatively high dressing accuracy, allowing both grinding wheels to be dressed simultaneously. A frequency converter can be optionally added for stepless speed regulation of the grinding head to achieve differential grinding. A servo motor and touch screen can also be added for CNC control.

 

Regarding working accuracy (which varies with different workpieces): parallel difference 0.003mm, flatness 0.004mm, thickness difference 0.01mm, surface roughness Ra0.32μm.
