The M7650B horizontal shaft double disc grinding machine offers good versatility, a simple fixture structure, relatively quick and easy changeover between workpiece types, high grinding efficiency, and satisfactory rigidity and stability. With lower power consumption and relatively low grinding costs, it is widely used for grinding both end faces of various shaped workpieces such as bearing rings, valve seats, flat pads, washers, blades, ceramic structural parts, and protective clothing accessories, including round, square, and rectangular forms. This horizontal shaft through-type double disc grinding machine also provides customers with a range of optional features, including automatic lifting and lowering of the grinding wheel cover, automatic lubrication, servo control systems, and water circulation cooling and filtration systems.

In terms of structural design, the machine bed is heat-insulated, helping to maintain stable accuracy during long periods of continuous operation. The rapid forward and backward movement of the grinding head is continuously maintained by the hydraulic system, which helps eliminate ball screw clearance and contributes to stable performance. The spindle is made of 40Cr material and undergoes forging, annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, and stability treatment. The grinding head movement uses V-shaped steel inlaid needle roller bearing rails, achieving grinding through integral movement rather than spindle extension. This approach helps improve rigidity, allowing for a larger depth of cut and higher precision. The spindle is responsible only for rotation and has no spline for telescopic movement, resulting in low mechanical friction, which helps extend the machine's service life and reduce energy consumption. The dresser has an integrated structure and belongs to an independent dressing system, with a single dressing arm dressing both grinding wheels simultaneously, providing good stability and dressing accuracy. The feeding method uses a bidirectional double-roller rubber belt with a high friction coefficient, offering strong grinding characteristics and good resistance to slipping, making it suitable for grinding a variety of product specifications on a single machine.
