Reciprocating double disc grinding machine
The MW7650B reciprocating double disc grinding machine integrates the advantages of horizontal shaft reciprocating double disc grinding machines from both domestic and international sources, and is manufactured according to local conditions. The machine uses a reciprocating grinding principle and is suitable for processing components such as sliders, valve plates, vanes, and cross shafts, meeting the grinding requirements of workpieces that demand perpendicularity and other geometric tolerances. Notable characteristics include good rigidity, stable performance, reliable accuracy, as well as relatively low power consumption. Depending on different application scenarios, the machine offers various optional features, such as automatic loading and unloading, constant temperature control and two-stage purification of coolant, automatic alarms for various parts, and automatic lifting and lowering of the protective cover.
In terms of structural design, the machine bed is heat-insulated, helping to maintain stable accuracy during long periods of continuous operation. The feed mechanism uses a high-precision ball screw, and the guide rails are V-shaped steel inlaid needle roller rails. The grinding head moves as a whole to perform grinding, which helps improve rigidity and stability. The rapid forward, rapid backward, and preload retention of the grinding head are maintained by the hydraulic system, offering good reliability. The dresser has an independent integral structure, providing good stability, and both grinding wheels can be dressed automatically at the same time. The grinding wheel cover can be raised and lowered automatically, and each working unit is equipped with safety interlocks, contributing to a relatively reliable safety factor. The overall layout is compact, the design is reasonably sound, rigidity is good, service life is relatively long, and operation and maintenance are straightforward. Additionally, a frequency converter can be optionally added for stepless speed regulation of the grinding head to achieve differential grinding. A servo motor and touch screen can also be added for CNC control.
Regarding working accuracy (which varies with different workpieces): size difference 0.02mm, parallel difference 0.005mm, face runout 0.005mm, surface roughness 0.32μm.
