The M7675B through-type double disc grinding machine is suitable for grinding a variety of product specifications on a single machine, offering relatively strong grinding capability. It is mainly used for processing both end faces of round, square, or rectangular large-sized parts such as bearings, bicycle disc brakes, gear rings, notebook aluminum plates, compressor valve plates, robot gears, blades, air compressor valve plates, and aluminum plates. In terms of design, our machine takes into account the effect of grinding heat on deformation, helping to maintain stable accuracy during long periods of continuous operation. The hydraulic system helps eliminate ball screw clearance, which can extend screw life and keep the grinder in good working condition. The double grinding heads are continuously maintained by hydraulic preload, contributing to stable precision; in special situations such as grinding wheel breakage, the machine can perform a safety retraction to protect itself. The grinding head movement uses V-shaped steel inlaid needle roller bearing rails, achieving grinding through integral movement rather than spindle extension, which helps improve overall rigidity. Key joint surfaces are hand-scraped, and the bed has a compact layout with good rigidity. The spindle box is well sealed, offering a long service life, and operation and maintenance are relatively straightforward. To prevent metal-to-metal contact that could generate sparks, the machine automatically stops and triggers an audible and visual alarm when the grinding wheel reaches its wear limit. Additionally, the machine is equipped with interlock safety features between the grinding wheel cover lift and wheel rotation, as well as between dressing and grinding, enhancing the degree of automation and operational safety.
